Beautiful farm located in Jonesville, 10 minutes west of Gainesville and very convenient to UF and SFC campuses.

Stalls are large and generously bedded in a very nice, well ventilated 18-stall Morton center aisle barn. All stalls have rubber mats, sliding doors, swing out feeders, and large rear windows. The barn also features a large tack room with dedicated storage space for each boarder, a bathroom with laundry facilities, an automatic fly spray system, and an indoor wash rack with hot/cold water.

125 x 250 lighted riding arena with excellent footing. The arena includes a dressage ring and full jump course. There is also a large shaded round pen. Short hack to an 80-acre county dedicated equestrian preserve for trail riding, 5 minute haul to Canterbury Showplace and short haul to HITS, Williston Horseman's Park and many other state parks.

Quality feeds, daily stall cleaning, semi-private turnout, and blanketing all included in board. Pastures are irrigated and full of beautiful, established grass (overseeded with annual ryegrass in the winter) and are fenced in very safe Centaur fencing.
